Martial Arts has an excellent link to optimal health - combining both mental and physical discipline. I was very blessed to watch my 2 younger kids with Master Hai.
Lindsay had a mean crossfit Verve workout (she ended up doing 100 snatches and 100 burpees!) and was featured on their website!
For time:
100 snatches, 75#/55#
Everytime the clock hits one minute you must complete five burpees.
