I've started a crossfit bootcamp on the weekends! We are doing similar things that you do however they are 1/100th of the difficulty at this point. I can see that really getting fit and strong will take some time, but I feel great and really like the strength and cardio improvements that i am seeing. I also have a trainer once a week now as well. You and Lindsay are real motivators. Please say HI to her for me even though I have not met her yet!! We have a long weekend here in Canada, so I'm going to get another tennis game in today as well as some weights!! Walk and coffee or tea with a friend too!

:30 Deadlift, 135#/85#
1:30 Rest
During the :30 rest, men add 40# and women add 20#. Remove weight after the deadlift.
