With the passing of Labor Day we enjoyed a couple of great weddings this weekend and a day off from the BLOG yesterday!
Fall can be a tough time to stay motivated for your fitness goals. Swimsuits have been put away and the next milestones may be Halloween Candy and Thanksgiving Feasts! Take advantage of the routine of Fall and commit to a regular workout/Crossfit schedule. Set some specific goals for yourself with specific timelimes in the Fall months.
