It has been said that the ultimate expression of CROSSFIT is SPORT. Translated this means that Crossfit not only gives you a great physique but allows you to do THINGS that relate to real life and athleticism. I used to say that a great Delta layover involved Basketball, Bicycles, Barbells, and a Bar. This little adventure in Paris was no exception - - how about the backdrop for that hoop court!?
