Thursday June 12 - One Month


Yes, sometimes we "push" it up for a month. One month from today is my 20 year high school reunion, so I am going to attempt to eat clean and crossfit intensely for the next month. I have been a bit lax by my eating standards for a few weeks and am ready to get dialed in.

As far as workouts - you can now join us for Crossfit class a LoneTree Crossfit on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 0600. Click for Map.
