Due to a scheduling conflict for several of my basketball players I only had 5 on Wednesday night. They played a double header and performed valiantly! Pictured my Fab 5!

Well, today I worked on back squats: 5-5-5-3-3-3-1-1-1. My goal was to back squat my body weight. I went over my goal by maxing out at 140lbs! That's 5lbs more than my body weight!!! I tried 145lb, but my legs said NO. Next time....
