Enjoying a great Memorial Day Weekend in Grand Lake and was fortunate to be joined by Grand Lake buddy and Crossfit inspiration - Eric Garretson. No, we didn't get a Crossfit workout in today, but we ate healthy, spent time with family and old and new friends and made the most of the great Colorado Outdoors!
