Tuesday March 25, 2008 - Crossfit Gyms

I had the opportunity to workout at a "Crossfit Affiliate" Gym today with my son Jonah -- awesome!! Here is a link to the crossfit gym we found in Atlanta. These guys were serious crossfitters. They provided great instruction and structure!

Tuesday 080325 ="Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:

  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round. Post time for each of five rounds to comments.
