
Wrapping up last MD90 Trip where I have had the opportunity to fly with a good friend - Ken Mackey. Ken lives a couple of miles from my folks farm in Eaton, Colorado and is a good hearted farm boy with three superior athlete daughters. It is truly a pleasure to fly with Ken. He surprised me today with a thoughtful gift to commemorate my time as Salt lake City based pilot.
Also pictured is a pretty impressive low pass (by airliner standards) of a Cathay Pacific 777.
On the Crossfit front, I barely surrvived this workout forwarded from the Balad faithful today. Ross Enamait's philosophies are consistent with Crossfit!

Here's the one I called "Addiction". Its taken from "The Underground Guide to Warrior Fitness" by Ross Enamait. His website is www.RossBoxing.com and www.WarriorForce.com. His workouts are based on boxing conditioning and I like the way he delivers his material in his e book.
"Addiction"
- Pullups - as many as possible
- Squats - 100
- Divebomber pushups - 25
- Lunges - 100
- Plank - 1 min
- Burpees - 25
- Close grip pushups - 35
- Jump Rope - 1 min
- Squat Jumps - 20
- Supermans - 20
- Chin ups - as many as possible
- V-ups - 30
Finisher: 45 min "run" on crosstrainer (don't use hands)
