It can be more difficult to maintain your fitness commitments on the road, but once you make the decision to take your health seriously - don't waiver.
Pictured yesterday at 0430 in the hotel gym in Spokane, Washington doing 4 sets of 50 air squats (weighted ball overhead as a bonus) between quarter mile sprints on the treadmill. I did the Crossfit workout "Lynne" together at a local gym before enjoying a healthy dinner in Pittsburgh.
