I had the privilege of working out today with another Great American - my wife, newly promoted First Lieutenant, Lindsay Reeman.

Listed below is the workout we did with our Noon Class friends at Verve. Luckily Lindsay has forced me into being able to do double-unders - I can't say much for the other exercises.

As many rounds as possible in 20:00 minutes:
- 50 Double unders
- 5 Handstand push-ups
- 10 Ring dips
- 15 Push-ups
