
My future Brother-in-law BJ Reichert just celebrated the birth of his new daughter by undertaking a 12 Week P90X Challenge. I recommend P90X for anyone working their way back into being fit!

"Week 2 was a bit down....missed a workout and even though I stuck to the eating plan really well, I felt as if it was an off week. Week 3 is going to be great!!!! already did chest and back this morning and AB RIPPER!!!! followed by recovery drink and some turkey bacon and yogurt for breakfast. Still pumped about it. Finding out that morning workouts are going to be a must. with 2 little ones, the longer you put it off the more mommy needs my help with dinner and baths and bedtime and then I am working out at 9 at night which is no good."
