
Lindsay and I are enjoying some quality time on Maui with the kids and my parents. Surprisingly us old folks have been early to bed and to rise and enjoying some great workouts along with sunshine!

30 Box jumps, 24 inch box
20 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
