No Bake Protein Bars!



Are you kidding me? These things are great. Credit goes to article in "Oxygen" Magazine:

  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 scoops protein powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • Knead all ingredients in bowl
  • Spread into baking ban lined with wax paper
  • Freeze for 30 minutes!
