Thursday October 15, 2009 - Kicking it Amman



Had a chance to train a couple of crew members this week. It is always inspiring to see how much people want to improve their physical condition.

Remember there are only 2 BIG SECRETS! Make healthy food choices and exercise at high intensity every day! Once you are doing those 2 things, then we can tweak the details.
