

Southwest Captain Billy Bostic called me from the road today with the question, "How can I pull off a 5x1 Rep Max Push Press WOD in a hotel gym that only has 50# Dumbbells?"
The Answer? How about 5 sets of 10 push press with the 50's incorporated with a great Crossfit warmup! No dumbbells, no problem! Handstand Pushups.
