21 Burpees
Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach.
We thoroughly enjoyed a Welcome Home party at Herb's Jazz in downtown Denver last night (the Stiffler's pictured with Lindsay and Ann.) Much thanks to Fig and Sarah who put the event together!
We certainly build muscular strength through the physical challenges we face in Crossfit. Life's other challenges also provide opportunities for growth. Instead of getting discouraged by the challenges that life brings, look for strength through those challenges.
