What a Monday in 1030 Crossfit yesterday. Stiffler came back with avengence - locking up at 5:07 Fran. Thanks to Sheirff who took some extra pics. Our new commanders are catching their stride and the Colorado folk are peaking at the right time!

Gee...funny how stories change. I heard Stiffler had himself a really good time at CAOC, doing practically nothing but party hardy. Guess he'd have to come back to Balad and put on a show for you guys to cover up.... What a guy!
