After a tough day's work the 1500 class survived the infamous three bars of death;
+ Bar #1 150% Body Weight Deadlift
+ Bar #2 100% Body Weight Bench Press
+ Bar #3 75% Body Weight Power Clean
10 reps each, 9 reps each, 8 reps each, 7 reps each, etc. down to 1!
Later enjoyed Hoops with Hayes and the tower kids!
