Jeremiah "Weed" Tucker and I enjoyed yesterday's shoulder Tri Panel WOD in the Redeye gym after some flying at the Guard. Today's WOD promises to please as I will be up Bright and Early knocking it out with Mandy Hammell and crew at LoneTree Crossfit.
Five rounds for time of:
- 135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
- 135 pound Hang power clean, 12 reps
- 135 pound Front Squat, 9 reps
- 135 pound Push Jerk, 6 reps
