Nate is one of the personal trainers at Fitness Together in Evergreen and has a degree in Fitness/Physiology from the University of Denver. Nate has been coming to my home gym once a week for a month and doing KILLER Crossfit workouts with me.
Today Nate provided his own expertise in constructing a Crossfit workout that I dubbed Nuclear Nate - which includes 3 circuits in one!
Some of the exercises won't be completely familiar to you, but I hope to follow up with an instructional video within a couple of days!
+ 90 Seconds Lateral Box jumps Medicine Ball Circuit:
- Medicine Ball Wood Choppers - 20 reps per side
- Medicine Ball Flexion/Extension Swings - 30 reps
- Medicine Ball Pushups - SINGLE LEG - 20 reps per side/ 40 total
- Single Leg Wrap Around Ankle touch (similar to single leg deadlift) - 15 reps each leg
- Split Grip Pullups - 20 reps each grip / 40 total
- Single leg, Staggered Hand pushups - switch stagger each rep - 40 reps
- Overhead press - 20 reps
- Bent over rows - 20 reps
- Overhead squats - 20 reps
