One of the Wisdom of the Warrior Core Values is FAITH. Today, my eldest son Mitchell confirmed his specific Christian Faith at Rockland Community Church in Evergreen, Colorado. I am very proud of Mitchell's many accomplishments in school, sports, and student council, but I am proudest of Mitchell's efforts in his Faith. Several families attend Rockland for the single fact that Mitchell gets his buddies to attend church! Today he and 56 other 8th graders participated in the formal confirmation service.
On the the Crossfit front today - - clean & jerks and quarters!
