I got to enjoy another workout in San Antonio at the Concord Athletic Club with my good old buddy Judge Pat Boone. Quite a tough WOD today:

- 30 Muscle-ups for time
- If you cannot do the muscle-ups do 120 pull-ups and 120 dips.
