Today I enjoyed one of my favorite activities - riding bikes with Faith in tow(pictured in front of our house!) It was the most beautiful Colorado day of the year so far and we made the most of it. Mitchell is pictured enjoying a golf tournament with some of his Evergreen Guys Who Golf Team!
So it doesn't have to be about H.I.I.T, or the Punisher, or the Filthy Fifty EVERY DAY - take your rest days and enjoy the increased athleticism that Crossfit provides you. Oh yeah, and be sure and smell the Roses too!
