Had another great workout today in the conditioning class with Evergreen Freshman Football team following an Alert shift out at Buckley. These young men are capable of most of the Crossfit WOD's, but I want to make sure that Wisdom of the Warrior fans are familiar with the Crossfit Kids section of the website.
Google Crossfit Kids videos and you will see amazing events from kids doing crossfit all over the country!
