Wednesday March 5, 2008 - third tough day




I can't remember a tougher 3 day sequence of crossfit since I started following the program -

Monday - Linda
Tuesday - Filthy Fifty
Wednesday - Cindy

My hat is off to those of you that survived that 3 day onslaught!

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

  • 5 Pull-ups
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 15 Squats
Crossfit Kids Cindy reps are 2x4x8 for 10 minutes

Pictured is my first Sprint Triathlon (Xterra Series) with superstars Don Mackey, John Steichen, and Bill Anderson. Don has gone on to be a serious triathlete and Bill a competitive adventure racer. As for John and I, well... Another picture of me and (now General) Trulan Eyre on a Ride the Rockies bike tour.

My point is that March is a great month to sign up for a Spring / Summer / Fall Event so that you have something to look forward to! I am not a huge endurance athlete, but sprint triathlons, bike tours, novice adventure races, and all kinds of other events abound!

Thanks for the kudos Jim! I chose Cindy today and ended up completing 10 full rounds + 5 pull-ups & 2 push-ups.
