I met Paul D'Agnese in ATL back in 2000. At the time Paul was one of the more successful young real estate millionaires in the Southeast.
Over the years Paul has been an inspiration and has become a good friend. Today I got to enjoy and intense workout with Paul and his trainer - Dolvett Quince (pictured with me like we are in an Under Armour commercial!)
Dolvett owns a personal training gym called Body Sculptor and I couldn't have been more impressed with him or his facility. Thanks for the great workout Dolvett!
Later I enjoyed lunch with Paul and look forward to working together with him on some new projects. (We couldn't resist having the hostess from the restaurant Twist join us for the photo.)
In the simulator, Rob and I completed our Manuevers Validation Checkride with flying colors signalling the the two-thirds complete point of our training.
On the Crossfit front look forward to FIGHT GONE BAD (one of the more Notorious WOD's!) on Wednesday:
Wednesday 080319 "Fight Gone Bad!"
Three rounds of:
- Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
- Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
- Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
- Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
- Row (Calories)
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
Add your points and post them to comments.

I thought I was going to DIE!!! This was my first time every doing "Fight Gone Bad" and I was happy with my score of 227. Some minor substitutions took place - of course - 10lb wall ball, 35lb SDHP and PP, 14" box jump. Still trying to work on the WOD's as RX'd.
Everyone Remembers their first "Fight Gone Bad!"
