Saturday March 29, 2008 - Fight Gone Bad Returns!






Last day in ATL as we return home to SPRING in COLORADO later today! Looking forward to some 0630 FIGHT GONE BAD!

Saturday 080329 "Fight Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of:

  • Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
  • Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
  • Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
  • Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Earlier yesterday Stephanie and the kids toured Coca Cola world headquarters while I was in the simulator. (Jonah knows that most of Coca Cola's products damage our bodies, hence his angry look at the Polar Bear.) Last night we enjoyed a small local "joint" called Daddy D'z. We are big fans of small local places and LIVE Music. I often use Zagat's or other online rating resources to find small local favorites. Faith managed to find a dance partner. She pushed him to the the ground at one point so I guess we don't need to protect her yet!
