I was paid a long overdue visit by one of my best friends yesterday. Greg Lipinski was a college classmate of mine at Florida Tech. I learned a great deal from Greg over the years and always admired his sincere passion for Aviation. I stumbled into flying after high school, but it was something Greg wanted to do his entire life and his passion was very evident. Greg and I also share a passion for fitness and have evolved a bit from our college Gold's Gym Days. Greg has developed a sincere interest in Crossfit via this Blog.
