GREAT QUESTION! I’m still “warming up” to #bonebroth - I think it’s a GREAT concept and have a few companies that want me to test there’s out - so look forward to a future post!
As for as #postworkout protein goes... as I’ve gotten older, taste and ease of “mixibility” have become increasingly important. Two of my favorite brands are #sfh and #trutein. I use the #gostac containers or durable baggies as it’s a #bettervalue and then use my collapsible funnel/water bottle technique for my #proteinshakes as im completely over traveling with #shakerbottle - thanks for the great question!
