Valerie Voboril

Why am I such a huge fan of Val Voboril?!?  Where do I begin?  I've been involved with Crossfit for over a decade and have a huge appreciation for what the elite level games athlete sacrifice to achieve their success.  Their commitment is on par or greater than many PRO athletes.  Val has achieved success and longevity all while being an amazing mom, wife, and full-time elementary school teacher!  WHAT!?
