I met some great folks at my Master's Capstone in Alamosa a few weeks ago, but one of my favorites was "Wall Ball Paul" Hughes from Grand Junction. Paul challenged me throughout the week and with NO Crossfit experience hammered out the FILTHY FIFTY early one morning with me.
Ironically the Filthy Fifty is the Crossfit Main Site workout of the day today!

- 50 Jumping pull-ups
- 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
- Walking Lunge, 50 steps
- 50 Knees to elbows
- 50 Push press, 45 pounds
- 50 Back extensions
- 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
- 50 Burpees
- 50 Double unders
