Drill Weekend


Following a busy week through New York and Texas, enjoyed a couple of sorties at the Guard today. Couple of great WOD's this weekend:

Saturday 100410

Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Back squat, 20 reps
Handstand walk 20 yards

Sunday 100411

"Erin"

Five rounds for time of:
40 pound Dumbbells split clean, 15 reps
21 Pull-ups

Let me know if you ever come down to the 301st Fighter Wing in TX That's where I'm drilling now and I'm going to introduce the Medical Squadron to CrossFit this year.

Last week I did *10* pull-ups AFTER the WOD. First goal of 2010 hit.
