Its been a fun week at Crossfit Balad! Weed has started to teach an earlier class to accommodate all of the Crossfitters! Monday we tore up NASTY GIRLS and today some people put serious weight overhead in the Shoulder Tri-Panel! Look at Crossfit Homey! Following today's WOD, Stiffler guilted us into a 2 person 4000M Crossfit Challenge rowing competition. Winning team of BC and TKAS pictured.
