Enjoyed an early flight with Troll and some great Crossfit work today. Weed insisted on a Crossfit challenge and got Crystal and KM to join a KettleBell Swing/Thruster couplet after the WOD.
Also, passing along a NY Times article on the effectiveness of high intensity exercise. While Crossfit isn't mentioned by name, the principles are there. Most Crossfitters "FRAN" time is less than 6 minutes! While we advocate 3 days on followed by one day off routine, not just once a week, you can see what the article is emphasizing in terms of effective fitness.
