Change of pace in Crossfit yesterday as we did 5 sets of 5 rep Overhead Squats. Troll and Vanessa achieved PR's (personal records) and all of our newbies did GREAT!
There is no simple answer to why we shave our heads while deployed but I think it is related to the same reason we grow combat mustaches.

Hospital did March Moustache Madness. I think they were showing solidarity with our Iraqi patients? Or just acting like boys. The slide show comparing 'staches to great facial hair in history was priceless.
Combat 'staches. Still don't understand them.
