The Air Force Core values are Integrity First, Service Before Self, and Excellence in All We Do. The core value of Integrity is addressed frequently in the readings that I am doing for Air War College. The deployed environment never fails to provide numerous opportunities for lessons in values in leadership. Few of us have been 100% perfect in the area of integrity, but it is definitely a value I come to appreciate more the longer I'm in the military.
Enjoyed some great flying with Rich "Sheriff" Peace last night and Crossfit recuperation in which my class was gracious enough to allow me to teach YOGA today! Pictured Sumo and Homey enjoying the Distinguished Visitor portion of the pool while the commoners hang out at the other end.

Wait...there's a DV section of the pool? All I know about are the lap lanes. I need to try visiting for sun & fun instead.
Oh, wait. I don't get any days off to do something like that. :(
Thank you so much for the yoga. I hope we get to do that more often (or maybe some combinations at the end of a shorter CrossFit workout).
I am offended that there are not more comments about two men together in a hot tub in 100 degree weather. Redeyes... you are now dead to me!!!
