
Departing back for the USA tonight after a long nine days. Post Thanksgiving is a great time to hammer out a month of good eating and working out before Christmas. In case you missed yesterday's Crossfit - here is Nate:

2 Muscle-ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings
