Friday June 6, 2008 - Parallettes



Parallettes are far cooler than you may think! Typically used by gymnasts - parallettes allow you to do L-sits, deep pushups and even work on hand stands and hand stand pushups! Today Jack Wallace (known Handy Man EXPERT) built some parallettes on my deck with the help of Jonah and Faith.
