Hi Jim, instead of doing the 10k, the Pioneer Valley Cross Fit gym decided to do the "Bear Complex" WOD. WOD is broken down like this:"Bear Complex"
  • deadlift
  • power clean
  • front squat
  • push press
  • back squat
  • behind the neck push press
  • THEN - bear crawl (about 10 feet)
  • THEN - reverse bear crawl (about 10 feet)
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Recommended weight is 95lbs.
I completed 21.5 rounds with 45lbs.
Way to go SANDRA!!!

* Also enjoyed some time at Six Flags Elitch Gardens earlier today with the kids. Faith is pictured on the Swing ride and Jonah, his friend Mackenzie, and Mitchell wait in line for Twister 2!
