I witnessed Jeremiah "Weed" Tucker impose his "will" over the Punisher workout yesterday on Alert with me at Buckley.
Today I witnessed Laurie and Emily Frease, along with my son, Mitchell complete the Punisher in strong fashion and a home training session I conducted. I am continuously humbled by the "will" of those with strong commitments to their goals.
