While I was in the simulator last night a tornado ravaged downtown Atlanta. Made for interesting news here in the South. Please keep the families affected by this severe weather in your prayers.
Saturday I paid another visit to Decatur Hot Yoga and couldn't be more impressed with the facility. Worked with another great instructor: Marty Erwin. Please let me know those of you that step out and try HOT YOGA - its awesome! I am pictured with the owner of Decatur Hot Yoga, Debbie Kelley, and her dog.
