Had a great opportunity to dine with one of my mentors and heroes today - Sam Holoviak. Sam is a fellow Delta pilot, business partner, and friend. Sam is the former Deputy Chief of Physiology for the Air Force, a retired B52 Squadron Commander. I learned a great deal from Sam working together in a network marketing company and he continues to be a great source of wisdom. Sam takes his fitness seriously and even developed the http://www.pilotwellness.com/ website.
Today I got to meet Sam's girlfriend, Catherine - a Saab 340 Captain for Mesaba Airlines. Cathernine is an inspiration. After 18 years as a United Flight Attendant, she is pursuing her new career as a pilot!
Sam epitomizes a great friend in many ways. While I am in Atlanta, I am able to get to yoga, the gym, and Whole Foods only because Sam has loaned me his airport car for the month!

This is what I did on Tuesday. My total time was 17:36. The double-unders got to me at the end...10lb wall balls, 25lb kettlebell. Good Mornings are back extensions while standing up. You need to keep your legs locked and the PVC-pipe on your shoulders and bend down to a 90 degree angle.

For time:
20 Wall Balls (20lbs)
40 Kettlebell Swings (1 Pood)
60 Ab Mat Sit-ups
80 Good Mornings (with PVC pipe)
100 Double Unders
