Friday March 21, 2008 - L Pullups




Just when you thought pullups were tough enough - you will LOVE L-Pullups! Here is the WOD and info on Developing the "L-Pull-up" Part 1, CrossFit Journal Preview - video [wmv] [mov].

Friday 080321 - For time:
  • 15 Handstand push-ups then1 L Pull-up
  • 13 Handstand push-ups then 3 L Pull-ups
  • 11 Handstand push-ups then 5 L Pull-ups
  • 9 Handstand push-ups then 7 L Pull-ups
  • 7 Handstand push-ups then 9 L Pull-ups
  • 5 Handstand push-ups then 11 L Pull-ups
  • 3 Handstand push-ups then13 L Pull-ups
  • 1 Handstand push-up then 15 L Pull-ups
I had a whirlwind day - two sorties at the guard and a trip back to ATL. Pictured are 7 Redeye Warriors stepping to fly and me pictured with Greg Roark (one of our life support troops) who joined me in the backseat of our "D" model (2 seater) F16 on my second mission. Also pictured are TKAS and IKE in our Buckley ALERT vehicle!
