I was admittedly a little worried today. Occasionally the Crossfit WOD calls for 1x1x1x1x1x1x1 of a 1 rep Max of some of the main Olympic lifts. I was concerned that some of our newer Crossfitters would shy away from such a work out, but boy was I wrong.
Great work by all of who dared to use disciplined Dead Lift form and max out Dead Lifts today! Enjoy the pics!
