A unit is greatly affected by the leadership of their commander and the Redeyes deployment to Balad is no exception. Sumo's positive attitude and empowerment of others has contributed to a positive experience in a less than desirable environment. By keeping his sense of humor and not getting too spun up, he has created a fun environment to work, but also an atmosphere where guys are actually self-motivated to keep their combat edge!
Wasn't quite like 2003 - but good to fly with Sumo again today!

All this working out that you're doing and I am still only seeing Stiffler in the sitting mode! If he's not careful, a little 'ol lady he knows is going to end up buffer from swimming so many laps at the pool. Stiffler, turn off the music, get out of the sun and get to work on that bod of yours.
